As External Relations Lead at the Armenian Mining and Metallurgy Association (AMMA) since March 2026, Lusine's work focuses on promoting responsible economic development and environmental protection in Armenia's mining and metallurgical sectors. With over 11 years of experience in sustainability and climate change, she contributes to advancing sustainable growth and innovation through strategic thinking, effective communication, and expertise in carbon markets.

Her leadership extends to roles such as Chair of the Environment and Energy Commission at ICC NC Armenia and Chair of the Sustainable Development and Climate Change Council at the European Business Association Armenia. These roles reflect her commitment to fostering global engagement and driving transformative development to support international climate change initiatives while enabling industry-wide sustainable practices.
